Taiping Thiam Kee is run by the 7 siblings from Yang family, from the handmade ingredients to the sambal used, are recipes handed down from their mother. The soup base for their shredded chicken noodles is derived from kampong chicken, bang guang and cooked for 10 hours, giving it a sweet and non-oily flavour.
